Maternal Mental Health NOW is thrilled to offer our self-paced online certification training on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including depression and anxiety during pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, OCD, and postpartum psychosis. Our Bringing Light to Motherhood: Online Training on Maternal Mental Health allows you learn on your own schedule from the comfort of your home. The online program offers 12 hours of pre-recorded video lectures, personal stories, interactive quizzes, and supplementary reading material that you can access when it's convenient for you. Bringing Light to Motherhood is an approved pre-requisite course for Postpartum Support International's Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

The training is comprised of 7 independent modules: (1) Risk Factors & Prevalence, (2) Symptoms & Diagnoses, (3) Screening & Assessment, (4) Attachment & Bonding, (5) Interventions, (6) Treatment Plans, and (7) Psychopharmalogical Considerations.
